What is a 1:1 Caregiver Coaching Call?
Our individualized 1:1 caregiver coaching calls offer you the opportunity to connect directly with a licensed speech-language pathologist for personalized guidance and support. These sessions are designed to help you better understand your child’s communication development, review speech and language milestones, get practical strategies to support language at home, enhance any therapy your child may already be receiving, and more.
Please note: This service is not a replacement for formal speech therapy. If during our coaching call we determine that your child would benefit from direct speech therapy services, we will recommend that next step. Coaching calls are intended to empower caregivers with expert advice tailored to their unique needs.
FAQs
Is this service covered by insurance? Unfortunately, no, this service can not be paid for by insurance since this is not formal speech therapy and is considered enrichment.
Who can attend this meeting? Any caregiver that would like to participate, a licensed SLP, and if the meeting occurs in-person then the child is welcome to attend.
Where does this meeting take place? These meetings can be booked virtually or take place in our office space in Ramona, CA.
Do I have to be in California? No. We can meet virtually.
